If you are obtaining a building permit there may be a fee for engineered plans if the county you are in requires
them. Sheds that get a building permit must have a treated floor and be anchored.

Payment is due in FULL upon completion of your building. It is then the homeowner's responsibility to
schedule the final inspection and if there are corrections that need to be made Carolina Yard Barns,LLC will
come and make any required corrections; however Carolina Yard Barns is not responsible for any re-inspection
fees unless the homeowner has paid for a building permit acquisition fee to CYB.

Carolina Yard Barns, LLC does offer a building permit acquisition fee. For a fee of $400 CYB will go to the
appropriate building permit department and pull all necessary permits and pay all fees associated with pulling
the permit. This fee will also cover any re-inspection fees, if there are any. The building permit acquisition fee
must be paid at time of ordering the shed.

siding, 1ft overhangs, architectual
